In this sermon, Rev. Justin Almeida will explore what it means to be a people of peace during conflict using Palm Sunday as a backdrop for spiritual growth and wisdom.

Rev. Justin Almeida (he/they) is a board certified hospital chaplain and affiliate minister at University Unitarian Church. They have worked in many area hospitals including Harborview, the VA, and now at Swedish Cherry Hill. Originally from Las Vegas, Rev. Justin now calls Puget Sound "home" along with his spouse Heather and kiddo Tobias. Recently Rev. Justin travelled to Minneapolis in participation with the ICE OUT action where they provided spiritual care to the Minnesota community.
