Rental spaces available:
Sanctuary: Our sanctuary building is lovely with an 180-degreeview into an Old Growth Forest through floor to ceiling windows. Suitable for weddings, memorial services, meetings, classes, music recitals and family reunions. Seating capacity: 110 to 120 folding chairs and 4 plus size chairs. A podium with microphone is included. Tech support available.
Admin Room: A conference room furnished with living room furniture, tables with chairs, and an upright piano. Suitable for small meetings or community groups. Seats approximately 12-15. Equipped with a large screen TV and large white board.
Elmore Room: A small room furnished with living room furniture. Suitable as a staging or dressing room. Seats approximately 8. Has a large screen TV.
Kitchen and Serving:
o Two full size stoves
o One large refrigerator.
o Dishwasher.
o Cups, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, serving trays.
o Counter space for food preparation.
o Large and small coffee pots.
o 10 round tables each of which seat 8. - 4 rectangular tables.

Parking:
• Lower lot: 26 parking spaces, 5 of them reserved for handicapped, limited mobility, and senior citizens.
• Upper lot: 25 parking spaces on week days, 35 on Saturdays and Sunday evenings.
Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
Tech Equipment:
• Two ceiling mounted TV screens.
• Assisted listening devices.
• Sound system, with multiple microphones and stands.
• Tech support available for an additional fee.
Piano: Kawai grand piano.
Other amenities:
• Courtyard gazebo with tables and covered seating for 12 to 16.
• Outdoor deck, partially covered.
Other considerations:
Kitsap Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is not able to permit for profit activities (except fundraising for non profit organizations).
