Please join us next Sunday in honoring the interdependent web of life by celebrating our beloved animals. You are invited to bring your live pets (leashed or caged), stuffed animals, photos, or objects that represent any beloved creatures (past, present, or future) and together we will bless them! This will be a multigenerational service and children will remain in the sanctuary for the service.

Please feel welcome to submit any Joys and Sorrows that relate to animals/creatures and they will be shared during the service. For other Joys and Sorrows, you are welcome to arrive a few minutes early and light a candle at the front of the sanctuary and place your written joy or sorrow in the basket. These will be read after service by Rev. Jessica (our guest minister) and shared with our pastoral care team or caring committee if requested. 

Rev. Jessica Demick is an Interfaith Chaplain and Community Minister and a longtime member of KUUF. She currently serves as the co-facilitator of our Compassionate Communication Team (CCT). Her ministry is tending to the health and well-being of relationships so that love and connection can grow and be the thing that is most present in life. She is grateful to the KUUF community for welcoming her into the role of guest minister on the occasional Sunday!
