Facing our past is often a challenge – as individuals, and as a nation. Some would like to erase some history, and take steps to do so. But removing museum exhibits or banning books does not change the past; its only obscures it. Knowing the full story of our past helps us develop deeper relationships, live with integrity, and move toward transformation.
