You are invited to join us in our next monthly meditation mini retreat on August 1, the first Saturday of the month from 11:50 to 2:20pm. We will practice a variety of meditation styles: guided and silent, sitting and walking, and Loving Kindness (metta). The program will be divided into 20 minute meditations, with 5 minute breaks in between. You are welcome to join for all or part of the afternoon.

A brief dharma talk will be included mid retreat. We will share talks from beloved Buddhist teachers like Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Joseph Goldstein and the Dalai Lama.
