It is almost time for our Annual Congregational Meeting (ACM), which will be held in-person in the Sanctuary and via You tube for those at home! Please plan on attending after the service Sunday, April 26.
This year at the ACM, we will be approving the Budgets for the New Fiscal Year and we will be voting on new Board members. We will be announcing the 12 monthly charitable giving recipients (this vote will take place prior to the meeting via google forms).
A few notes in preparation for this meeting:
A hybrid Congregational Meeting can be overwhelming to all of us. Let us approach it with patience, good humor, and love.
The Congregational Meeting Packet will contain the agenda, meeting basics, our proposed budget, reports from your Board President, and Committee chairs regarding the business of our Fellowship.
For those attending online: When you enter You tube please announce yourself in the chat so that the Board can take attendance and determine if we have a quorum. Please enter the meeting by 11:45 am, so we can begin our meeting promptly at 12:00 pm. If you enter late please be sure and refresh so that you are in the live version on You tube.
In-person at KUUF: When you enter the Sanctuary we ask that members sign in by 11:45 am so we can begin our meeting promptly at 12:00 pm.
We will be voting using raised hands and ballots. On Youtube, votes will be received by our administrator Tanesha Smith. Please accept that this is a concession we made to timely results and coronavirus safety concerns. Per KUUF Bylaws, members are encouraged to attend but must have signed the membership book as of February 25, 2025 to vote.
