In a small bookstore in a small town there was a small book poised and waiting to be opened. One day in December a customer—who was looking for holiday gifts—opened the book and found three words printed in small type on the middle of each page: here we are. Over 200 pages, page after page, of here we are. What on Earth was the meaning of this gift?
