Our guest speaker on August 23 will be our own KUUF Choir Director, Alena Hemingway. She has been a part of KUUF since she was 8 years old. She considers herself a lifelong UU. She feels very fortunate for this place and the people who have shaped her life in such beautiful ways.

She will be speaking on the topic:  Why Do We Write Songs? and will use our new UU on-line hymnal, Sing Out Loud  as a source.  Throughout the service we will introduce you to the new on-line hymnal, and UUAs vision for it. We will be using this source more often starting in September.
