CHI Franciscan is offering the COVID vaccine to eligible people in our area, by appointment. Eligibility is newly open for Phase 1, Tier B. This applies to many of our beloved community.
Phase 1, Tier B is:
-All people 70 years or older
-All people 50 years or older in multigenerational households (home where individuals from 2 or more generations reside such as elder/grandchild
Please strongly consider making an appointment using the link below, if you qualify. You do not need to be a current patient at CHI, there is an option to make an appointment as a "guest."
